They help you rewrite your resume in a way that gets you considered for more and better technical positions. They have links to over 500 job sites along with salary surveys from all over the country. They also have a whole bunch of articles and resources.

The key question is what do they provide that none of the thousand of companies offer.  They have resume templates and how to's to build and improve your resume as do thousand of job boards.  They do have some easy and well described steps to create your resume and related activities.  

The best thing about the site is their voodoo doll that may alleviate some frustration from their users.  Other than that, this site does not offer any new tools or means for those looking for a job.
