Worst Movie Sequels of All Time
Today it is snowing in
Granted that most sequels tend to be worse than the original movies (with certain exceptions which I will talk about next week). The reason being is that movie studios invest a lot of money in the production of movies and want as much guarantee of success as possible. With a sequel, they believe that this movie already has a built in audience so it should have a better chance of making money than an untested concept.
What could happen is that a studio could pay little or no attention to writing or production, thereby creating a clunker like these 10 worst movie sequels:
Star Wars Phantom Menace
Jaws 3-D
Staying Alive
Speed 2: Cruise Control
Another 48 Hours
Batman Forever
Rocky V
Look Who Talking Too
Grease 2
Caddyshack 2
